Wellness Olympics at work, cooking classes, community center fitness classes-offering diversity in options works
Start at the work place to create a culture of fitness that would trickle down to neighborhoods etc.
Wellness programs for employees that work for WIC-any employee can go through training to create wellness activities at work-ends up improving quality of work & info they give to WIC clients
