4.1.1.1. The CFA internalised HIV/AIDS in all its core functions
To assess this judgment criteria the evaluators have looked at the process of policy development, the CFA’s commitment, recruitment of staff, elaboration of HIV/AIDS workplace policies, structures that have been put in place and competence of staff.
