This amendment specifies the transport of MVC video (ISO/IEC 14496-10/Amd.3 | ITU-T Rec H.264-2009) in MPEG-2 systems (both transport and program streams).

4.1.2ISO/IEC 13818-1:2007 COR 3 Minor Corrections

This corrigendum corrects the transport rate parameters when HRD parameters are present in the video. It also corrects minor errors from older versions such as vbv buffer size and splice_type semantics.
